2. Service Description
Apollo TV Live provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that delivers live TV channels, video-on-demand content, and related features over the internet. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
- Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
- Subscription credentials are for use by a single household
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing credentials commercially is strictly prohibited
- The service is provided "as is" with availability dependent on internet connectivity
3. Subscriptions and Billing
All subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). Payments are processed securely at the time of purchase. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly request renewal.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice
- All transactions are final once the subscription has been activated
- A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all new subscriptions (see Section 5)
- Additional connection slots may be purchased at prevailing rates
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with individuals outside your household and not to sell or transfer your subscription to any third party. Apollo TV Live reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be sharing credentials externally without notice.
5. Refund Policy
Apollo TV Live offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. To request a refund, contact our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for renewal purchases or after the 14-day guarantee period has elapsed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Apollo TV Live for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Reselling or redistributing access to the service
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the service
- Using automated tools to access or scrape the service
- Circumventing any security or geographic restriction measures
- Reproducing or distributing any content delivered through the service
7. Intellectual Property
All content delivered through Apollo TV Live is the property of the respective content owners and licensors. Apollo TV Live does not claim ownership of third-party content. The Apollo TV Live brand, logo, and website design are proprietary and may not be used without written permission.
8. Service Availability
Apollo TV Live strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo TV Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 30 days.
10. Termination
Apollo TV Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination for cause, no refund will be provided. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
